Must have 3-5 years. pediatric population background. BSN & pediatric oncology background is highly preferred. Must be willing to provide Adult home care as needed.REGISTERED NURSERN is needed full time to see patients in our Advanced Illness Management Program. The RN must have strong skills in symptom management, managing oncology patients and patients with co-morbidities. Knowledge or background of Home Care, OASIS and hospice is beneficial. HOME CARE RNsMust have a min of 2yrs acute care background with medical surgical background required. IV skills, Home Care background and BSN preferred. -full time RN, www.****.com hours/week days; -full time RN 2pm-10pm, Part-time RN, 30hrs per week. On Call Triage RN for Hospice Division- 20 hrs. per week. PHYSICAL THERAPISTsWe need Physical Therapists to work 10hr days each weekend and we will consider job share of two therapists to cover all weekends. Home Care background desired.
